2. On the “Note Viewable by” option, choose “Public” if you want all the

NMS users to view your note, or select “Private” if you want to hide the

note on other user accounts.

3. Type in the message and click OK when done.

DELETE A NOTE To delete a note

1. Select the note you wish to delete.

2. Click on delete icon.
